Applications

6-Bromo-7-methoxy-1,1-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-2(1H)-one is an intermediate of Alectinib, a highly selective and potent anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor capable of blocking the resistant gatekeeper mutant, which results in reduced cell growth.
